MOVES INSIDE WASHINGTON STATE
At Swan's Moving & Storage, we operate under the permit and operating criteria of the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (WUTC). The WUTC guarantees your rights and sets minimum and maximum fees for moves inside the State of Washington. We provide free written estimates and will work with you to provide the most accurate quote based on your needs and our verification of your moving list.
INTERSTATE MOVES
At Swan's Moving & Storage, we are able to handle any interstate household move, no matter the size, scope and complexity. MOVING HOURS
Jobs are typically scheduled either in the morning hours (arrival between 8:30-9:00 a.m.) or in the afternoons (arrival between 1:00-3:00 p.m.). For the afternoon moves, we call 30-45 minutes before arrival to let you know we’re en route. However, if you have a specific time in mind, let us know and we can figure out if we can accommodate your desire.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We currently take cash, personal checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), money orders or cashier’s checks.
There are several situations that can extend an average move time. Factors such as multiple flights of stairs, elevators, long-distance carries to/from the truck and the customer not being prepared, can all extend the time it takes for the move.
